PLEASE NOTE!

This web site is run by one person who is willing to help, but generally pressed for time.  Before emailing or calling, please check to see if your question is already answered in either the FAQ section or the Open Carry section.  Also, I get backed up sometimes on my emails.  If for some reason you do not get a reply in a day or so, feel free to call.  I am probably just swamped (I own a business and am in college, besides my volunteer work).  Also, be aware that we are not the LSP CHP unit, and have no ideas about when your permit will be ready or anything along those lines- you can contact the Concealed Handgun Permit Unit at (225) 925-4867 for questions pertaining to them.  Oh, and unless it is an emergency, please try to call during normal waking hours (say 9 AM - 9 PM).
